Hemp prosthetics provides fast track for hemp fiber to enter market
WILMINGTON, N.C., August 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CIJ Holdings, Inc. – a North Carolina Cannabis holding company – and EcoTEK Industries, Inc. – a North Carolina bio-based carbon fiber alternative solution company – have entered into an agreement in which CIJ will acquire a strategic percentage of newly formed EcoTEK Industries, Inc., a Delaware C corp. This acquisition comes after EcoTEK Industries, Inc. agrees to consolidate its patents under a more attractive business structure for investment and growth. CIJ will provide business development and improve the company's performance by leveraging the new partnership to form more stable long-term outlooks for hemp fiber producers accelerating market production of EcoTEK industries flagship patented Hemp prosthetics.
