Cindy Silva Joins BSI Financial Services as Director of Sales

Experienced business development manager will lead sales for company's loan subservicing and QC services

BSI Financial Services, a mortgage-centric financial and technology services company, announced it has hired Cindy Silva as Director of Sales.

Silva will be responsible for day-to-day sales leadership of BSI Financial's loan subservicing, quality control, and real estate business lines offered through Entra Solutions, an independent company recently launched by BSI Financial that combines the operations of its title and escrow, real estate and foreclosure and default services.

Silva has 10 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry in sales and business development, client management and MSR acquisition. Prior to BSI Financial, she worked as a business development manager for Mr. Cooper with sales and management responsibility to help grow the company’s asset base via Subservicing, Co-Issue, bulk MSR purchases, and correspondent lending. In addition, she provided marketing, operations, and compliance support for business development, coordinating major events and client due diligence visits while managing financial spending, key initiatives, projects, and reporting.
