Civicom Marketing Research Services exhibited at the annual Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) conference in New Orleans, Louisiana last week, October 15th to the 18th. The event came alive this year and stayed true to the theme “QRCA 2014: Learn, connect and… Let the good times roll!” The QRCA is the Qualitative Research Consultants Association. Civicom was a Platinum Sponsor of the 2014 QRCA Annual Conference.

Another capability that was drawing attendees’ attention was Civicom’s newly re-introduced Chatterbox™. After taking time and care to collect researcher insights on their existing bulletin board platform, Civicom made the move to re-invent and re-release Civicom Chatterbox™, which is ideal for bulletin board focus groups and online communities.
The vast improvement to the feature-set and usability of the Civicom Chatterbox™ platform impressed many. One researcher said, “It’s been a very long time since I was this excited about a platform!”
Bright Lights from the Highlights
Aside from the splash made by Civicom Marketing Research Services, there were many highlights throughout the event.
A heartfelt congratulations to the fifteen recipients of the QRCA 2014 Young Professionals Grantees! There has been representation of a younger generation in previous years at the QRCA, but there was a noticeable surge in young professionals in 2014. In addition to young professionals, there were a large number of first time attendees to the event, as well.
Congratulations also goes to the QRCA for reaching the milestone of 10,000 members! So many new faces and perspectives provides opportunity for new growth in the qualitative research industry.
