Financial Poise™ Announces "WORKING WITH EXPERTS," Ep. #4 of the Webinar Series "NEWBIE LITIGATION, PART 1 2016," Airing December 7th, 11am CST through West LegalEdcenter
CHICAGO, IL (PRWEB) November 28, 2016 -- Financial Poise™ Webinars and West LegalEdcenter are pleased to announce the December 7th premiere of a new webinar “WORKING WITH EXPERTS" designed to introduce litigation fundamentals to attorneys who are starting out or needing a refresher. Moderator Robert Michaels of Robinson Curley & Clayton is joined by panelists from Jenner & Block, Rachlis Duff Adler, and David Christian Attorneys to discuss the fundamentals of working with litigation experts.
This Financial Poise Webinar series is aimed at attorneys who are just starting to get involved in civil litigation, or who could use a refresher on some litigation fundamentals. The purpose is to introduce different components of litigation in the order they generally occur, beginning with the basic rules of civil procedure and continuing through discovery, dispositive motions, and working with experts. The series is best viewed as a whole, building from one session to the next, and then segueing into a second series in early 2017 covering the next phase of litigation (rules of evidence, trial, appeal, and post-judgment enforcement/collection), although listeners will enhance their knowledge of this area whether they attend one, some, or all of the programs.
This Financial Poise™ webinar series covers some of these topics, as always, in plain English.
Episode #4 of the series is "Working with Experts." (Register Here) Moderator Robert Michaels of Robinson Curley & Clayton will be joined by Angela Allen of Jenner & Block, David Christian of David Christian Attorneys and Kevin Duff of Rachlis Duff Adler Peel & Kaplan.
Lawyers often cannot win a case without help from experts. But when do they need to get involved? And how should they be selected? What disclosures need to be made to the court and opposing counsel? How do experts get qualified to testify at trial? We will discuss these issues and more, to help you get the most out of your experts.
