We’ve seen a wave of requests from schools asking for software that integrates with their student information systems, and as a company we care deeply about being responsive to school needs.

Imagine Learning announced today that it has signed a multi-year partnership with Clever, which will allow districts to integrate its award-winning language and literacy software directly with their student information systems (SIS). The partnership with Clever will make it easier for districts to deploy Imagine Learning and means Imagine Learning will be kept always up-to-date with student and teacher enrollments, even as they change throughout the school year. The collaboration will relieve schools and teachers from the burdens of administrative data management, freeing more time on areas such as instruction and student progress.

The new functionality was added in response to a clear need from schools. “We’ve seen a wave of requests from schools asking for software that integrates with their student information systems, and as a company we care deeply about being responsive to school needs,” said Joe Swenson, CEO at Imagine Learning. “So we’re proud to be working with Clever, the leader in SIS data management. This will take the school experience using Imagine Learning to the next level.”

Tyler Bosmeny, Clever’s CEO, added, “Everyone knows Imagine Learning is a leader in teaching language and literacy, but it was clear from the outset that they are a technology leader as well. We are thrilled to partner with a company so passionate about delivering an incredible user experience.”

Through the partnership with Clever, Imagine Learning will offer schools and districts a highly secure connection to nearly any student information system, pulling student enrollment rosters, and automatically syncing that data with Imagine Learning. The integration process is FERPA-compliant and only takes minutes to set up.

Imagine Learning is designed to be intuitive and easy to use in other areas as well. The program focuses on core learning areas, with activities built specifically to address state standards and Common Core standards. This provides teachers with a comprehensive collection of activities to use in one-on-one instruction, whole-class, and small-group settings. By making it simple for teachers to integrate the best technology with established learning principles—blended learning—Imagine Learning can help maximize the classroom experience for everyone.
