We’ve continued to improve our beta version of SmartQ and it is now ready for primetime. Changes from our beta version (released in July, 2014) encompass a more sophisticated interface and additional enhanced features. These individuals making a requests simply log-in, and can immediately accesses all necessary information---a “smart” form---showing who and where they are, and the status of prior requests. SmartQ provides a personalized snapshot of company-issued assets. When staff members log into the system, they are presented with a personalized list of their uniquely assigned assets. Asset managers can easily access specific information on their areas such as equipment age, history, specifications, and links to supporting documents such as manuals and technical sheets. Time spent thrashing for information is reduced and the ability to respond quickly is increased.
