Cloudpath Networks, the industry leader in secure Wi-Fi mobile device enablement supporting diverse BYOD networks, today announced the appointment of Scott Montgomery to the position of vice president of Sales.

At Cloudpath, Montgomery will apply his extensive sales experience to help global customers implement consistent sales processes to win more deals, strategically manage accounts and realize their revenue potential. Montgomery will also focus on the expansion of Cloudpath’s vertical growth, Global Partnership Alliances, distribution and partner channels, in addition to the development of customer retainment and extensive new revenue initiatives.

Montgomery comes to Cloudpath with more than 25 years of enterprise software sales and sales management experience. Most recently, he served as the regional vice president of sales at Trend Micro where he was responsible for field marketing, sales engineering, and channel operations for enterprise, state and local government, and cloud provider business.
