The Case Management Foundation (CMF) is pleased to announce that Tamara Hoehn has been named to the position of Executive Director. Ms. Hoehn will lead the organization in its efforts to expand its reach in developing education, research and professional development for case management professionals. Hoehn is a seasoned non-profit executive who has provided leadership and advocacy for international nonprofit organizations for ten years, with extensive experience in volunteer coordination, independent grant writing, and program direction.
Former Executive Director Cheri Lattimer said, “As a nonprofit association executive that has worked with a number of charitable organizations in fundraising and event management, I am very confident that Tamara brings the expertise and commitment to help lead the Case Management Foundation.”
In 2010, Tamara accepted a position as Funding Coordinator with Consulting Management Innovators (CMI), focusing on securing grant funding for healthcare association clients and assisting CMF’s former Executive Director, Cheri Lattimer, in managing the Case Management Foundation’s programs and events.
Tamara shared her commitment and focus as she assumes the role of Executive Director, stating,
“Every time I get the opportunity to interact with case managers, I am deeply inspired with the passion they have for their role in the health care system. I am committed to advancing CMF’s mission of supporting the community through inclusive programs of research, education and professional development.”
Cheri Lattimer, a founding member of the Foundation, will continue to serve as a volunteer and consultant to CMF. Cheri continues to serve as the Executive Director of the Case Management Society of America.
