Rob Ossian was named Director of Technical Support. Ossian will be responsible for delivering on Codero's support promise of 24/7/365, proactive, personal attention from a dedicated team committed to the client's long-term success.
Under Ossian's leadership, the Codero support team will implement Codero's service strategy as a consultative, managed services provider devoted to architecting and managing hybrid multi-cloud IT for companies of all sizes. Ossian brings almost 20 years of operational and support experience to Codero, including leadership responsibilities at Dell and National Instruments.
Griffin Leen-Sohl has been named Director of Global Channels. In this role, Leen-Sohl will be responsible for educating, engaging, supporting, and growing Codero's partner base of resellers and high-volume service providers. He brings almost 20 years of experience in channel development and management at tech companies including Rackspace, Hostway and BigCommerce.
According to Codero CEO John Martis, these new hires reinforce Codero's commitment to their new strategic focus.
