"As lead character TD on this animated short film, my main responsibilities were to supervise the creation of the animation and deformation rigs. Specifically, I personally worked on building a control system for the face that combined the flexibility of the joints with the art direct-ability of blended shapes. I achieved this through the use of joints constrained to blend shaped motion paths," says Bugi Kaigwa.
