The Law Offices of Bradley J. Frigon is proud to announce its principal attorney, Bradley Frigon, as an inductee into the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC). The induction took place at the 2014 ACTEC annual meeting in Tucson, Arizona.

ACTEC is a national organization with more than 2500 attorneys elected as members. These trust and estate lawyers have demonstrated the highest level of competence, integrity, and commitment in the industry. All members have made substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law, including providing the highest level of service to their clients, improving and reforming probate, and maintaining standards of professional responsibility in trust and tax laws.

Newly elected Fellows must meet rigorous eligibility criteria, including demonstrated skill and significant contributions to the field of trust and estate law. Each must also have at least 10 years experience in active private practice focused on probate and trust law or estate planning.

Frigon, in addition to being an experienced Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), works as an adjunct professor in the masters of LLM program at Stetson University College of Law.
