Domestic violence is the scourge of our society...It’s high time this issue was brought into the open and addressed head-on. We all need to convey the message that abuse cannot and will not be tolerated in our communities.

Erlanger Agency, a full-service insurance provider serving families of the greater Columbus, OH area, announces the latest partnership in their innovative community involvement program. The new campaign collaborates with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV), whose mission is to create a national culture where domestic violence is eradicated. To help support important local and national programs, readers may now contribute at https://www.crowdrise.com/empowering-domestic-violence-survivors/fundraiser/boberlanger.

NCADV’s mission is to provide a voice to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, acting as the catalyst for a zero tolerance culture-shift in our society. They strive to empower victims and survivors and hold abusers accountable through affecting public policy and legislation, increasing understanding of the impact of domestic violence and providing programs and education which will lead to critical change. So far this year there have been 487 domestic gun-related fatalities across America and countless instances of violence.

“Domestic violence is the scourge of our society,” said Bob Erlanger, owner of Erlanger Agency, “and our team is passionate about helping victims through the NCADV. It’s high time this issue was brought into the open and addressed head-on. We all need to convey the message that abuse cannot and will not be tolerated in our communities.”

To make it simple for all members of the community to participate in this worthy initiative, the agency has pledged to donate $10 to the NCADV for each and every referral they receive for an insurance quote. Readers wishing to join Erlanger Agency in supporting victims of domestic violence may have the agency make a donation on their behalf by submitting recommendations of family and friends for a no-obligation insurance quotation via http://www.erlangeragency.com/Empowering-Domestic-Violence-Survivors_17_community_cause.
