Mainland Valuation Services, a commercial real estate valuation and consulting services firm headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas, is proud to celebrate their 25th year of providing the foremost in valuation and consulting services to clients across the Midwest from its Kansas City and Omaha offices.

Since 1992, Mainland Valuation Services has been providing credible appraisals and consulting assignments using local expertise covering the region. MVS is a full-service appraisal and consulting firm that appraises properties across the country and maintains active appraisal licenses in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The MVS team boasts more than 90 years of combined commercial real estate experience, including three MAI Designated members: Gerald Maier, Curtis Frazier, and Thomas Scaletty. MVS performs appraisals, market studies, and other consulting services on a broad spectrum of commercial property types.

Originally founded by a graduate from the University of Kansas School of Law and Certified Public Accountant, MVS has three MAI designated partners and an experienced support team. The boutique-plus company has worked with clients of all sizes, from individuals and private companies to some of the nation's largest retailers, lenders and financial institutions, as well as attorneys, accountants and government agencies, including HUD, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae.
