After more than three years of continuous development, evolution, and optimization, Company.com is proud to announce the launch of its “Services & Technology Application Cloud,” or “STAC,” platform.

The STAC platform, composed of three key components: A small-business Dashboard, an automated Engagement and Marketing Engine, and a rich Semantic Data Layer, has been built from the ground up employing the latest in identity-management technology and integrating with over a dozen best-in-class small business software and service providers. By mid-2019, the company plans to add multiple strategic business and financial products and services integrated within its dashboard, allowing small businesses to shop, purchase and manage all of their critical software and services in one place, with only one unified bill to manage.

“The beauty of the platform is its adaptability. We now offer a plug-and-play marketplace that can be deployed quickly and customized to complement virtually any industry vertical,” remarked David Kramer, Chief Operations Officer for Company.com. Mr. Kramer estimates that most STAC implementations can be complete within thirty days of contract signing.

“I’ve met extensively with executives across industries ranging from retail, to franchise, to fintech, and they’ve all stressed the importance of offering ancillary products and services as margins become squeezed by competition and rising overhead,” added Spero Lyons, Company.com President and Chief Revenue Officer. “That was the impetus for us to create a self-sustaining marketplace as a simple yet powerful avenue for our partners to enjoy a stream of significant recurring revenue by implementing the STAC.” Indeed, many of those executives are now customers of Company.com, offering their customers a co-branded dashboard experience and enjoying reduced attrition along with incremental revenue.

“When we began this journey over ten years ago,” said Bill Wade, founder and CEO of Company.com, “we set out with the singular focus of simplifying the lives of small business owners and decision-makers. What we’ve done now is simplified the back office not only for over 200,000 small businesses, but also created an opportunity for larger companies who want to do the same for their customers while enjoying incremental recurring revenue themselves.”
