Designed by Hatfield Media, a digital marketing agency based in Louisville, Kentucky, the new website is more user-friendly, simplifying users' ability to connect via the company's forum, blog, compliance marketplace, and training services. As the company evolves, so too will the website. Faust says the company is continually adopting more ideas based on customer feedback.
Hatfield Media also designed Compliance Resource, LLC.'s logo and branding. The company's new logo design features a microphone in front of an instructional manual, which symbolizes the varied services offered.
"Our services include a variety of other products that essentially allow bankers to 'take us back to the bank with them,' a phrase we often hear from bankers after attending our seminars and webinars," says Faust. "This was one of the main reasons we developed our company into what it is today."
