MIAMI (PRWEB) February 20, 2023
Conceal, whose products stop ransomware and credential theft with an innovative solution that provides social engineering protection in any browser, announced today it has successfully completed its System and Organizational Controls (SOC) 2® Type 1 examination on controls relevant to Security and Availability for Zero Trust isolation services.
Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2® Type 1 examination provides reasonable assurance about the suitability of the design of the company’s controls placed into operation against the relevant Trust Services Criteria at a point in time.
Conceal knows that a SOC 2 Report is an excellent way to earn their client’s trust and gain a competitive advantage.
“Conceal chose SOC 2 to demonstrate our mission and commitment to protecting customers from ransomware and phishing,” said Brian Stone, Conceal’s Chief Revenue Officer. “This begins with verifying our solution’s security and availability, especially as it concerns customer data.”
To achieve its compliance goals, Conceal chose 360 Advanced, Inc., a licensed CPA firm, to perform the demanding third-party SOC examination.
Conceal’s mission is to stop ransomware and credential theft for companies of all sizes by developing innovative solutions that provide social engineering protection in any browser ensuring employee productivity and data protection. Their product, ConcealBrowse, is a lightweight browser extension that converts any browser into a secure, Zero-Trust browser, preventing employees from triggering ransomware and credential theft attacks that bypass other security controls.
