Confluent Health is proud to announce their newest partnership with Pappas Physical and Hand Therapy, a physical therapist owned outpatient physical therapy practice with seven locations throughout Rhode Island.

“Since Pappas was founded, our mission has been to deliver the highest quality care possible to every patient in our community and to have fun while doing it,” said Pappas CEO Mike Pappas. “Those are pillars that the Confluent Health family also embraces, which makes this partnership a seamless fit. We look forward to a bright future together and are eager to see how the opportunity for continued growth and development of the Pappas team benefits our staff and our patients.”

The agreement, effective immediately, maintains Pappas Physical and Hand Therapy’s brand while allowing them access to Confluent Health’s shared management services including accounting and finance, hiring and retention, marketing, and clinic operations. Through Confluent Health, Pappas’ clinicians will also have greater access to Evidence In Motion’s nationally recognized physical therapy education programs and the financial support to fuel further expansion across the region.

“We offer our warmest welcome to the Pappas Physical and Hand Therapy team,” said Confluent Health President and CEO Larry Benz, PT, DPT, OCS, MBA. “Their entrepreneurial culture and their vision for the future of their company are in perfect alignment with ours.
