Connected World Honors 2018 Connected World Awards
CAROL STREAM, Ill. (PRWEB) December 04, 2018 -- Two organizations are taking home the prestigious 2018 Connected World Awards, which recognizes the most innovative solution for adopting the IoT (Internet of Things) during the calendar year within a vertical market.
Leading-edge end users of IoT (Internet of Things), AI (artificial intelligence), and machine learning are encouraged to apply for this award, and then a panel of judges reviews the challenge, solution, and ROI (return on investment) from the implementation. Each individual score is recorded, and the entries are rated by an average score.
Additionally, Connected World recognizes the other companies involved in the ecosystem that helped enable each company to achieve its mission. Ultimately, all of the solutions demonstrate dynamic value that is constantly being measured throughout the product lifecycle in both the physical and digital worlds.
“The IoT, AI, and machine learning are transforming how companies solve business challenges today,” says Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Connected World, and president of Specialty Publishing Media. “This year’s Connected World Awards winners demonstrate innovation pays off, particularly in the healthcare space, as they both leverage technology that provides quantifiable ROI.”
The winners of the 2018 Connected World Awards are:
Central Iowa EMS Director’s Assn.
