Jacksonville Dumpster Rental Company Providing Multiple Dumpsters for Construction of New State-of-the-Art Medical Center
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) January 19, 2014 -- Construction dumpster rental company Sunshine Recycling of Jacksonville is currently working with Jacksonville-based construction company Perry-McCall Construction Inc. on the UF Health Jacksonville North medical center. Located on Max Leggett Parkway near River City Marketplace, the 70-acre site has been under construction since September. Sunshine Recycling of Jacksonville is providing multiple 30-yard full-size construction dumpsters and daily swaps to haul debris.
The state-of-the-art building currently under construction will be six stories tall and a total of 210,000-square feet. It will house an emergency department, surgical suites, lab services and women’s health services. Upper floors will be occupied by private physicians and the University of Florida College of Medicine physicians. Construction is anticipated to take 18 months. The grand opening is slated for early 2015.
“Our ability to provide daily swaps to place empty containers on site allows construction to remain on schedule,” said Chuck Herb, owner of Sunshine Recycling. “Often large-scale projects like this can be significantly delayed if dumpsters fill up and can’t be hauled right away. We’re capable of providing multiple hauls every day when necessary to ensure that kind of delay never occurs.”
