At 73 years old, Lynn Kendall is happily enjoying the rewards of vibrant health, which she attributes to a lifetime of being health-conscious. She passes on her personally tested principles of good nutrition with the release of her new book titled “Cook for Health and Longevity” (published by Xlibris AU).
“Cook for Health and Longevity” features a collection of recipes and ideas for meals using natural, nutritious and mostly organic food. It is designed to encourage a lifestyle of correct eating and exercise and ultimately use these as a way to prevent and, in many ways, resolve lifestyle diseases. Kendall started working on the book after observing how these principles improved her husband’s health.
“There are many professionals now adopting these principles with proven and promising results,” Kendall says. “It takes some willpower and a little bit of time to adjust to eating this way but once you are accustomed to it, you will no longer desire or enjoy processed or fast food. Your health, weight and energy levels will definitely improve.”
“Cook for Health and Longevity” is for people who want to experience the rewards of great health just as the author and her family have.
