Copado, a leading native DevOps platform for Salesforce, today announced tremendous growth during its fiscal year ending January 31, 2020. The company closed out the first year of outside investment with more than 140% year-over-year revenue growth, over 500 customers on the roster and tripled its global headcount. Based on a foundation of proven customer success, Copado is now on a path to exceed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the next 3 years.

Customer Success: At the heart of the DevOps movement is measurable customer success. Copado DevOps breaks down the silos that grow within delivery teams and offers a new level of visibility and transparency to the development and operations of Salesforce projects. Over 500 of the largest and most sophisticated Salesforce customers standardized on Copado to help deliver their transformations faster and with higher quality including: AmerisourceBergen, BMW, Boston Scientific, Cigna, Cisco, Conga, Linde, National Casualty, The Veterans Administration and Vodafone. Additionally, customer expansion and retention remained over 110%, with many existing customers expanding their Copado footprint to include end to end Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Advanced Data Deployment all running natively on the Salesforce Platform.

Company expansion: Copado grew employee headcount by over 300% in FY2020, adding multiple Salesforce veterans to the leadership team, doubling the product and development teams, and tripling the size of its sales team. The company opened its North American headquarters in Chicago and, in Europe, added offices in London, Paris and Munich to serve customers throughout the continent.

In December, Copado announced it will open an office in India and launched its Salesforce DevOps certification program to support in-demand skills for the fourth industrial revolution. The company expects to train 20,000 people this year, enabling professionals in India to build the needed DevOps skills for the Salesforce platform.

New platform features: Copado launched multiple releases over the year. Winter 20, the only 100% native, end-to-end CI/CD DevOps platform for Salesforce, and introduced DevOps 360, data-driven DevOps for Salesforce. Copado DevOps 360 brings together all the DevOps data from Salesforce into a collaborative DevOps platform that tracks the innovation delivery performance of a Salesforce implementation.
