Cope with Romantic Loss and Heal a Broken Heart with Tools in New Self-help Book
LONDON (PRWEB) June 12, 2019 -- Giordana Silverberg explores the emotions that result from the loss of a loved one or relationship and helps those suffering to move from grief to love in her new self-help guide, “Reclaim Love: How to Heal a Broken Heart and Find True Love Again” (published by Balboa Press).
After losing her partner to cancer at the age of 25, Silverberg did not know where to turn. As she set out on her own journey of healing her broken heart, the author was determined to find the answers that would help others move on from a past relationship and transform their suffering into love. Silverberg offers guidance to help readers to understand how the brain reacts to romantic loss and learn the tools to mindfully move on from grief to love.
“Romantic loss is a human universal, we all experience it in some shape or form and we all go through the same emotions. Yet nobody likes to talk about the profound grief or the pain losing someone we love brings. We are constantly encouraged to put on a smile and a brave face,” Silverberg says. “This book not only opens up the conversation but also encourages us to find the meaning in pain and reshape our thoughts about broken hearts.”
