(PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Corum Group Ltd., the leading M&A advisory firm for software and information technology companies worldwide, announced that Gary R. Beyer has joined the firm as in the position of Director. Working from Corum’s Seattle headquarters, Gary brings the significant operational and strategic experience the technology industry has come to expect from Corum’s dealmakers.
In his long career, Beyer has led both startups and divisions of multinational corporations, including Oracle, Compaq, HP and Boeing. He has served as CEO and COO for software and related technology firms in a variety of domains, including project management, broadcast communications and secure messaging, document management, and private equity/M&A. One firm that he founded, Micro-Frame Technologies, Beyer grew from a kitchen table startup to achieve #50 on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies.
“Gary brings deep experience developing product, revenue and organizational strategies that drive maximum leverage for sellers,” noted Corum President Nat Burgess. “We, and our clients, are fortunate to have him on the Corum team.”
“I have had the good fortune to work on both the buy-side and sell-side of M&A transactions over the course of my career,” noted Beyer. “From that prior experience, I have come to know Corum’s strong team of M&A advisors and finely-tuned processes as without peer in the industry, driving optimal outcomes for their clients. It is a real privilege for me to join Corum at this point in my career.”
