– Christina thinks she has found the perfect man in Brad, but after their wedding, his abusive side takes over and she must give in or fight for her life in Ginny Roberts’ new novel, “A Destroyed Love” (published by Archway Press).

Christina Larsen is a successful interior decorator who meets and marries Brad Hightower, a wealthy businessman. Christina settles into being a high-society wife, but soon discovers that her new husband is not the man she thought he was. Despite many setbacks, she eventually leaves him —and becomes her own woman again.

“A Destroyed Love uses a fictional story to expose true abusive behavior and to offer encouragement to readers who may be in an abusive relationship,” Roberts says. “I want my readers to understand that if they are experiencing verbal and physical abuse such as Christina experiences, they too can be courageous and find better lives for themselves.”
