The company also announces today that Keith Moore, formerly Chief Marketing Officer at CoverHound, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, taking over that position from Founder Basil Enan, who will continue to be heavily involved in the business and will remain as Chairman of the Board.

Prior to joining CoverHound, Moore was President and Chief Operating Officer at Academix Direct. He was previously Chief Marketing Officer at iContact and General Manager and SVP at LendingTree.
