HR Firm CPEhr Named One of Los Angeles’ “Best Places to Work” for Fifth Consecutive Year

For the fifth year in a row, HR Outsourcing firm CPEhr has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the Los Angeles Business Journal annual report.

Los Angeles-based HR Outsourcing firm CPEhr has once again been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the ‘’Best Places to Work in Los Angeles.” This marks the fifth consecutive year that CPEhr has received this prestigious honor.

The ‘’Best Places to Work’’ is an annual survey and contest dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers in Los Angeles County. The program is open to all businesses with at least 15 Los Angeles-based employees, and a facility in L.A.

Since 2009 CPEhr has repeatedly been celebrated for its commitment to its employees, and for placing the “Work-Life Balance” at the forefront of values that define the Company Culture. Employees are afforded a wide range of perks and benefits, and have opportunities to participate in a variety of team activities. Weekly yoga classes, an annual fitness challenge, an elaborate holiday party with awards, activities and festivities on the beach, monthly celebrations of birthdays, anniversaries, and other personal and professional milestones and achievements, are just a small sampling of the ways that CPEhr pays tribute to its staff. The Los Angeles Business Journal “Best Places to Work” are selected through a two-part evaluation process. Information is gathered from each company regarding their workplace policies, practices and demographics. Employees are surveyed anonymously on a variety of job satisfaction and other work-related topics. Analysts use the collected data to rank the participating companies based on their strengths and opportunities.
