New Partners from Atlanta, Georgia:
With 14-plus years of experience, Chad Sexton, CPA, focuses on providing auditing services to a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction, and healthcare. He also has extensive knowledge and experience with mergers and acquisitions and internal control systems consulting. Additionally, Chad offers specialized knowledge in the area of employee benefit plan (EBP) audits to plan types including defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans (401k and 403b).

Mac Smith, CPA, CFP, provides more than 20 years of public accounting experience specializing in state and local tax, tax planning, and consulting services. His clients extend across a number of industries including professional service firms, not-for-profit organizations, and real estate entities—as well as other closely-held businesses and their owners. Additionally, as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), he specializes in the areas of retirement and estate planning.
