Data Clean Corporation Acquires Environmental Maintenance Solutions (EMS)
Des Plaines, IL (PRWEB) September 12, 2013 -- Data Clean Corporation announced the recent acquisition of Environmental Maintenance Solutions (EMS), the largest provider of critical environment cleaning in the Northeastern United States. With the addition of EMS, Data Clean continues to build on its position as the worldwide leader in controlled environment cleaning and maintenance.
EMS, located in Westchester County, New York, has been cleaning data centers and other mission critical facilities for over 25 years. EMS's team of dedicated and highly trained data center technicians service hundreds of controlled environment facilities throughout the Northeast.
More than 34 years ago, Data Clean established the very first protocols for data center cleaning from a small, part-time office. Today, Data Clean operates from branch offices across the United States and around the world. The EMS base of operations in New York is a perfect complement to Data Clean's existing U.S. footprint.
"Data Clean is dedicated to providing premier services and solutions that protect critical infrastructures", said Rich Hill, President of Data Clean Corporation. "The expert team at EMS shares these goals and is a welcomed addition to the Data Clean family."
EMS will transition to the Data Clean name in the coming months and operate as a division of Data Clean Corporation. Current EMS customers can expect the same high quality of service as before; and now have access to the additional products, services and expertise of Data Clean. All customers will benefit from the additional resources and reach of the combined operations.
