We are pleased to welcome Christian to the CRI Transaction Advisors team, where his extensive expertise in the private equity industry will be a valuable asset to CRI’s investment banking services.

Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) Transaction Advisors, LLC, expands in North Carolina with the addition of Christian Chenier—and his more than 25 years of professional experience—to its team of mergers and acquisitions advisors.

In 2010, Chenier founded Platinum Mergers & Acquisitions, a buy-side mergers and acquisitions firm engaged by multiple private equity funds and independent investors to source business opportunities through its robust network of business owners seeking to raise capital, recapitalize, or sell their businesses. Prior to founding Platinum, Chenier rose to Vice President at Florida Capital Partners, a leading, lower-middle market private equity firm, where he concentrated his efforts on deal origination.

“We are pleased to welcome Christian to the CRI Transaction Advisors team, where his extensive expertise in the private equity industry will be a valuable asset to CRI’s investment banking services,” stated William H. Carr, chairman and managing partner of CRI. “An additional office expands our service delivery capabilities and efficiencies throughout the South, and a location in the financially-centered Charlotte market aligns us with vast opportunities for continued growth.”

CRI, currently ranked as the 22nd largest accounting firm nationally, boasts offices in 21 markets throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. The firm has two other divisions in addition to CRI Transaction Advisors—IT audit and assurance firm Auditwerx, LLC, and wealth management firm Level Four Group, LLC.
