Crowd-Sourced Leadership Podcast Sponsored by The Training Doctor, LLC
It's like a daily coaching session from the best boss you've ever had. Anyone new to leadership - or who aspires to one day be a leader of others - will value the stories, lessons learned, and career tips provided by these experienced managers and leaders.
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., April 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Training Doctor, LLC, a future-leader development firm based in South Carolina, recently debuted a crowd-sourced podcast for up-and-coming leaders, called Be a Leader.
"Most leadership training doesn't begin until someone is already in a leadership role," says Managing Consultant, Nanette Miner, "that's ridiculous. Leadership skills need to be taught from an early age so that when one is promoted to a leadership role, they have the ability to be successful."
The podcast strives to be a daily delivery of a 2 – 3 minute leadership tip or lesson, provided by experienced organizational leaders from all walks of life. "Over time, this constant exposure to leadership lessons and insights will form a solid foundation of best-practices and mistakes to avoid," says Miner.
The podcast is entirely crowd-sourced and all submissions are welcome. Anyone with a two to three minute management / leadership lesson to share can call-in to the recording line, introduce themselves and leave their tip to then be distributed to subscribers via iTunes, Stitcher and Google Play.
Recent tips included how to move from peer to manager, the importance of listening when giving feedback, and the value of developing mentor relationships.
