Phyllis Hartford, the leading Realtor specializing in Greenwater and Crystal Mountain real estate, encourages skiing enthusiasts to take advantage of the bargain prices of the soon-to-be-available Crystal Mountain Resort’s 2014-15 season passes. Those who purchase passes can also use them to enjoy the extended spring skiing season here at Washington’s largest ski resort.

“When it comes to season passes, early birds typically get the best prices,” says Hartford, who not only has over 30 years’ experience as a Realtor in the area, but who has also been a full-time resident here for more than 40 years. “And you really won’t want to miss winter – and even summer – at Crystal Mountain,” she adds. “Not only does it extend across 2,600 acres and average more than 480 inches of snowfall every year, the resort also has state-of-the-art features that include the Mt. Rainier Gondola and 10 chairlifts.”

The resort’s regular skiing season ends on April 20 this year. The extended ski season will include most of the following weekends until the snow recedes. It’s an excellent time for newcomers to become familiar with the mountain. The resort will reopen its doors for summer operations and Summit House dinners on June 29.

“The Greenwater and Crystal Mountain area is a recreational paradise,” says Hartford, “and if you’re thinking about investing in a vacation home here, I can help. There’s nothing I love more than connecting the right people to the right properties, whether they’re interested in Greenwater real estate or a luxury home or a condominium in the Crystal Mountain area.”

Hartford’s areas of expertise include vacant land and commercial sales as well as Mt.Rainier National Park cabins (USFS cabins). She consistently appears in the top ten – based on number of sales – of Realtors in Pierce County and her knowledge of the region’s real estate market is virtually unparalleled.
