CS3 Technology, a business consulting firm, recently hired Juston Michealson as an account manager. Michealson has a degree in PR and Communications from the University of Central Arkansas. He is a former account manager for ADP, Kalibrate and Hewlett-Packard.
“I’ve worked for big companies and a small company. At the big companies, you don’t have the ability to walk every single customer through something intently,” noted Michealson. “I was drawn to CS3's methodology and their 18 Service Pillars. How you take care of customers and craft solutions is what sold me on CS3.”
In his spare time, Michealson loves to cycle, and will be joining this year’s CS3 Tour de Cure team on June 3. Tour de Cure is the American Diabetes Association’s signature physical activity event focused around celebrating and empowering those who live with diabetes, and is committed to raising funds to stop diabetes and change the lives of those touched by the disease by funding research, providing information, inspiration and a sense of community.
Returning to CS3 is Rhonda Siex, an application consultant. Siex has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Evangel University. Past positions held include Human Resources Administrator for BS&B Safety Systems and Human Resources Specialist at SEG. She was also the Marketing Director of Crouch, Slavin & Co. (CS3 Technology before the brand change) from 1999-2004.
“When I was at CS3 before, I was on the marketing side, but coming back I have more industry knowledge on the application side, and that is the more appealing side for me,” said Siex. “It’s the wonderful people at CS3 that brought me back.”
