Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI), a leader in B2B payment solutions recently acquired by Edenred SA, the global leader in payment solutions for the working world with 830,000 corporate clients, 47 million employee users and 1.7 million partner merchants across 46 countries, today announced the appointment of Olivier Raguis as the Chief Financial Officer.
Raguis joins CSI in continuity of his extensive experience as Chief Financial Officer of several Edenred business units since 2010. He will serve CSI as a strategic partner to the President and supporting Senior Executives to ensure continued efficiency of all financial processes and a successful long-term integration with Edenred.
“Olivier has a deep understanding of the B2B payments landscape and we view him as a critical asset to our executive team,” said David Disque, President of CSI. “His track record speaks for itself and we look forward to his collaborative contribution and direction as we assess new opportunities that increase our profitability and trajectory in the B2B payments space.”
In addition to overseeing the financial health of multiple legal entities across Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, Raguis has demonstrated executive leadership managing large financial teams, bringing a strong focus to forecasting, treasury, compliance, risk management, and other legal-specific processes.
“CSI is already financially sound with a solid and expanding footprint and quantifiable success in the payments space,” said Raguis. “Given the level of companywide intellect, passion for the industry, and commitment to innovation that I have already witnessed, I am excited to be a part of this organization working towards new levels of action and sustainable growth.”
