Charter Schools USA (CSUSA), long recognized for its dedication to providing state-of-the-art professional development, has engaged in strategic partnerships with several universities to offer tuition discounts to all CSUSA faculty and staff for bachelor’s, master’s degree and doctorate programs. The university partnerships currently in place include:

- Florida International University (with the Academic Partnerships network)
- St. Thomas University (with the HotChalk partner network)
- University of West Florida (with the Academic Partnerships network)
- Western Governors University
Additional partnerships are currently being explored and employees must meet eligibility requirements to be considered for the programs.
