Michigan-based CureLauncher (, the only organization that matches people to all enrolling clinical trials, today celebrates its first anniversary.

Founded on August 12, 2012, CureLauncher has created a patient-focused approach to clinical trials. It matches people who are affected by cancer, stroke and other diseases to clinical trials based on their unique goals and conditions.

"CureLauncher was created to give unbiased and understandable information to patients so we can help them find the best clinical trial," said Stephen Goldner, CEO of CureLauncher. "We are changing the approach to clinical trials by empowering patients and their families."

CureLauncher has teamed with some of the country’s leading support communities and patient advocacy groups, including: National Stroke Association and Treatment Diaries to help people learn about clinical trial treatment options and connect with leading centers across the United States.

"CureLauncher redefines the approach to clinical trials by putting patients and their families first," said David Fuehrer, CureLauncher President, who is also a two-time cancer survivor and active speaker and volunteer.

CureLauncher supports people through every step of the process. The relationship managers are able to accurately identify each person’s options. CureLauncher is the only source for unbiased clinical trial matching to any trial that fits the patient’s needs.

"Our mission is to help every person affected by a disease, find the new treatment options that match their goals and conditions. No family should have to wonder about the treatment options for their loved one," Fuehrer added.
