By partnering with Cynrgi Labs and their Cynrgi Flex offering, Jabra is committed to ensuring businesses can hear more, do more and be more by allowing them financial flexibility and ability to scale when implementing a UC solution.

Cynrgi Labs Inc. today launched Cynrgi Flex, a new subscription service for Jabra headsets and speakerphones. The offering is being made available by Cynrgi Direct, the company’s unified communications (UC) business unit, and offers businesses a simplified approach to their UC strategies with streamlined headset procurement, deployment, management and support.

As a subscription service for Jabra GN headsets, Cynrgi Flex simplifies how enterprises equip employees with the right headsets and accessories to increase collaboration and productivity at a global scale while meeting the challenges of a real-time economy. With Cynrgi Flex, businesses get a complete UC solution with more predictable IT spending while minimizing the complexity of purchasing with simple, flexible plans tailored to specific business needs.

“The workplace behavior is changing. Businesses want to pay for what they want, as they need it, and have solution offerings tailored to them, not to an industry segment,” said Jay Stephenson, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Cynrgi Labs Inc. “With Cynrgi Flex, businesses now have the flexibility to better manage both their UC strategy and budgets based on need with the ability to scale on demand. The Jabra device mix we have available for Cynrgi Flex will boost performance, productivity and collaboration across the enterprise with an end-to-end solution that addresses employee demands.”

“At Jabra, we understand that businesses are constantly evolving with everchanging needs and it is important to have a solutions provider that is equally as adaptable,” said Kelly Nagel, President and GM, Jabra North America. “By partnering with Cynrgi Labs and their Cynrgi Flex offering, Jabra is committed to ensuring businesses can hear more, do more and be more by allowing them financial flexibility and ability to scale when implementing a UC solution.”

Cynrgi Flex features:

  •     Flexible 24- and 36-month contract terms with the option to upgrade to a new headset in 18 months
  •     Remote headset management with Jabra Xpress and it’s set of smart tools to boost business productivity
  •     Extended break/fix, device replacement and support services for the life of the contract
