Gilbert, AZ (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- In the September 2013 issue of Dahn Yoga Life, Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness introduces a Texas family of Dahn Yoga practitioners who have shared the discovery and benefits of the Dahn Yoga experience.
The article, “The Domino Effect of Dahn Yoga on an Entire Family,” shares how eight members of the RJ Sugay family discovered Dahn Yoga and came to know great benefits. With personal stories, including how one family member, a stroke survivor, was helped, the article illustrates what a positive impact this training has had on the family. Dahn Yoga practice has proven helpful to family members, one person at a time, with benefits that include improved health and family relationships. The article states,” Not only has everyone experienced their own benefits from Dahn Yoga, but also everyone spends more time together and has common topics to discuss. Family relationships have thus noticeably improved.”
After expanding their understanding by participating in Brain Management Training with her husband, Aileen, RJ’s wife comments, “Sometimes we feel we are lone, tiny individuals,” she says. “But that isn’t true. We can empower ourselves altogether and find the greatness within.”
