This month’s issue of Dahn Yoga Life, the community newsletter for Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness, highlights the stories of three inspiring individuals and their work in their communities. As LifeParticle Ambassadors they are committed to improving their communities and sharing what they have gained from their personal growth and wellness practice.
In the August 2013 edition, the article, “Teaching at a New Level” provides an overview of what it means to be a "LifeParticle Ambassador" and details on the latest instructor course offering, LifeParticle Ambassador Training. “LifeParticle Ambassadors are given the tools and support to teach more than just a standard Dahn Yoga class.” They develop leadership and presentation skills and ways to channel their commitment to their communities.
A more in-depth description of the training is followed by three inspiring features on Life Particle Ambassadors who have extended their learning into their communities through monthly workshops in locations such as libraries, social clubs, senior centers, cultural centers, workplaces, and residences.
