Dale Carnegie of Central and Northern Alabama Announces a Special Program for Developing Human Relations Skills in Area Youth
On Wednesday, October 24 at Woodlawn High School, Dale Carnegie trainers will deliver a special program to the Senior class focusing on Improving human relations, interviewing skills, remembering names and goal setting as part of a Global Day of Giving.

This October, Dale Carnegie Training is celebrating its 106th Founder's Day anniversary in a very special way: by introducing young adults, and the people who work with young adults, to Dale Carnegie's transformational principles. Taking place on Wednesday, October 24 at Woodlawn High School, Dale Carnegie trainers will deliver a special program to the Senior class focusing on Improving human relations, interviewing skills, remembering names and goal setting. The aim of this initiative is to provide the participants with an experience that will help them improve their ability to deal with the challenges many young people face. This highly practical workshop will feature engaging exercises designed to equip people with techniques for improving success at school and in their daily lives.
Dale Carnegie pioneered the principles for achieving success through human relations both in work…and in life. Those core concepts coupled with his unique process, infuse confidence and intention. This powers dramatic changes in a person's performance (behavior) and their ability to achieve. Through this program, the students at Woodlawn High School will have the opportunity to develop confidence to expand their comfort zone, learn new communication skills, develop their people skills to connect with others and work on teams more effectively, nurture their leadership skills and the ability to deal with stressful situations and make good decisions. Students who cannot participate in person will have the opportunity to participate in a live online events during this Global Day of Giving.
