Dan L. Coyle Calls for Strict Following of Holy Spirit in New Book
Grant Pass, Ore. (PRWEB) April 10, 2014 -- As a Bible study student, author Dan L. Coyle often questioned why some Christians felt exempt from the commandments and instructions of Jesus Christ as outlined in the New Testament. His new book, “The Abandonment of Loyalty: The Book for Thinkers” (published by WestBow Press), seeks to answer these questions in his discussion of the Holy Spirit and the importance of obedience in the Christian faith.
Coyle refers back to the Old Testement for examples of God destroying disobedient believers. Similarly, he believes Jesus Christ will do the same in the end times. His goal is to help Christians become aware of the abandonments and disobediences that are not in alignment with Christian doctrine.
Coyle’s book champions a humble, loving and obedient heart. He hopes readers will embrace God with a pure heart and learn to listen to the Holy Spirit.
“‘The Abandonment of Loyalty’ is true to God’s Word,” says Coyle, “and it will be a good book for discussion in Christian circles after each person has read it individually.”
An excerpt from “The Abandonment of Loyalty”:
“Study the commands sent to you by Jesus, through the apostles, for church worship and spiritual growth. When you finally accept and believe them, then start obeying them as the Holy Spirit has already commanded you to do. You must learn to obey with humble love, and then you will begin to see and understand how narrow Jesus’ way to life really is and why so few Christians have unity and love with one another.”
