National Expert and Media Personality, Danny Lipford, Set to Launch Brand-New Ultimate Campaign for the Home: “The 4 Seasons of Home Ownership”
Mobile, Ala. (PRWEB) February 29, 2016 -- Consumers can kiss the mystery of owning and maintaining a home goodbye with the debut of Danny Lipford’s unprecedented campaign, the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership.” This comprehensive approach will make it easier than ever for homeowners to protect their biggest investment with confidence and trusted, expert advice.
Presented by Danny Lipford and his Today’s Homeowner team, the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership” moves far beyond traditional seasonal checklists by offering an expert collection of how-to videos, articles, podcasts and infographics to walk homeowners through essential year-round maintenance tasks and practical projects to improve the value of their homes. Launching March 15, the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership” sets the new standard for caring for the home.
“I’ve always wanted to tackle a project like this because I’ve never met a house that came with instructions,” says Lipford. “Buying a home is a milestone – and often the biggest financial investment in someone’s life. My team and I created the ‘4 Seasons of Home Ownership’ to help homeowners protect that investment and make the most of it.”
Lipford reached out to friend and colleague Joe Truini to collaborate on the project. With their combined 75 years of professional remodeling and home expertise, Lipford and Truini took an objective, comprehensive look at the attention any home needs during the course of a single year. Ending up with a master inventory of 40 must-do maintenance tasks, they decided it was important to break things down into a more manageable format. Aligning the projects with the seasons of the year made sense and the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership” was born.
For the next step in the process, Lipford and Truini outlined additional projects for homeowners who want to go beyond the basics and invest additional time and resources into the value and upkeep of their homes. These tasks fall into the “should do” and “could do” categories, and also align with the four seasons. As an added benefit, they calculated the time commitment and material cost for the projects to give homeowners better ability to plan for success.
Finally, Lipford turned to his team to elevate the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership” by providing dynamic and practical content to homeowners across all Today’s Homeowner channels. Broadcast fans can look forward to seeing and hearing the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership” in action when the series debuts on Today’s Homeowner TV and radio the second week of March. On the social scene, Today’s Homeowner team members will be ready to engage with fans, answer questions and offer additional project insight on YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Lipford will appear in a live nationally broadcast Satellite Media Event on March 15 to introduce the spring installment of the series, and of course TodaysHomeowner.com will serve as the host and 24/7 source for the “4 Seasons of Home Ownership” offering articles, project photos, video tutorials, interactive infographics, downloadable checklists, an “Ask Danny” section and more.
