David Spiel Launches a New YouTube Art and Travel Channel
(PRWEB) November 07, 2013 -- Prior to the busiest time of the year, PRINT 13 in Chicago, and their open house in New York, David Spiel was traveling with his family through Spain. “I try to do something like this every other year. I want to take family trips before my kids are ensconced in college and while I can still afford to travel,” states David Spiel.
“After the show I spent weekends compiling all my art and travel videos and uploaded them to YouTube.” David has been traveling a long time and has a keen eye for art. Jim Alamia states: “I was blown away by all the videos he has posted. They include music from Mendelssohn to The Beatles, Louis Armstrong, show tunes, and current music—it’s a blast!”
Travel through Moscow to the strains of “Back in The USSR.” Visit a St. Petersburg floor show of Russian singing and dancing, as well as a tour of The Vodka Museum. Travel through Italy, Belgium, and France. See the best of Madrid juxtaposed with the most authentic flamenco dancing on the planet. See art tours of Russia, and France. Travel up The Li River in China intercut with scenes from The Peking Opera. Tour all the famous buildings by Gaudi in Barcelona. Enjoy a meal at the number one rated restaurant in the world: El Cellar De Can Roca in Girona. “He got almost 500 views since uploading this video two weeks ago,” declares Jim Alamia. This video has already jumped to page five on Google—“That’s astounding in such a short period of time.”
Now that the new channel is up and running, Spiel has teamed up with Route 72 Systems to begin showcasing his channel worldwide.
Spiel is not resting on his laurels. “I’ve been shooting a survey of American Art for the past two years, says David Spiel. “I’ve shot in Philly, Washington, Detroit, Chicago, Boston, and of course my home town of New York. I plan to start editing the first installment during Thanksgiving weekend.”
We all work hard and some of us play hard too. David Spiel has gone one step further, bringing his memories and using his creative skills to share his love of art and travel with others.
