DeathCertificates.us.org To Streamline Their Public Document Reports
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 02, 2014 -- DeathCertificates.us.org is in the process of changing the basic structure of their public records death reports in order to make them more accessible to the average consumer, the company announced yesterday.
“Public records are often written in government-speak,” a DeathCertificates.us.org spokesman said. “It can be very difficult for the average consumer to understand. What we want to do is translate that jargon into plain English before it gets into our reports. That way, people will have a better chance of understanding the information they have ordered from us.”
DeathCertificates.us.org will also change the way they lay out the reports to make them more customized for their users.
“Before the search process, we'll ask people about the most important pieces of information they are looking for,” he said. “Then we'll highlight that information in the report itself so people don't have to waste time searching for it.”
DeathCertificates.us.org did a survey of existing customers before they started changing the nature of their reports, he said.
“We reached out to learn what they really wanted and what they thought could be better about the service we provide,” he said. “Then we started basing our changes on their valuable input.”
The company will begin beta testing the new reports with existing customers before they are released to new customers, he said.
“We want to make sure we've got this done right before the major roll-out happens,” he said. “We expect the beta level of our new reports to last two to three weeks.”
