GLEN ALLEN, Va., May 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Decisiv, Inc., the industry leader in Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, announced today a strategic expansion to serve asset owners, service providers and OEMs in light-duty commercial markets, and to enable the ongoing growth of technology and network partnerships.
"The Decisiv SRM ecosystem is a natural fit for the light-duty commercial vehicle market," said Dick Hyatt, President and CEO of Decisiv. "Many of those companies are also operators, service providers and manufacturers of medium- and heavy-duty trucks, as well as construction and off-highway equipment. In those industries, our technology is bringing sustainable value by driving asset performance and uptime, as well by reducing lifecycle service costs. We are now committed to providing that same capability to light-duty commercial vehicle operations.
"At a rate of 300,000 new cases per month, Decisiv SRM platform use is rapidly growing and will soon exceed 13 million service events," Hyatt added. "As a result, component, technology and information providers are joining the SRM ecosystem to best represent their products and services to their customers. Expanding our partner ecosystem will help accelerate our position in on- and off-highway asset markets in North America and around the globe."
To support the light-duty commercial vehicle segment, Kevin Moore has joined Decisiv. As VP Light Commercial OEM Sales, Moore is focused on leveraging Decisiv's SRM ecosystem to enable light-duty commercial OEMs to provide better insight into repair operations, enhance dealer engagement, and improve overall customer experience.
Moore has more than 25 years of transportation and logistics operational, sales and technology experience improving business operations and mobile resource management. Previously, he served as Vice President, Global Automotive OEM Sales at Verizon Connect (formerly Telogis), and in roles at Intermec Technologies and TMW Systems.
"Light-duty commercial vehicle OEMs are expanding the services they offer to customers directly and through their dealer networks," Moore said. "Decisiv SRM was developed specifically to help meet those needs. I look forward to the opportunity to help them add value to their offerings with the Decisiv SRM ecosystem."
With a growing number of providers joining the Decisiv SRM ecosystem, Michael Gibson has joined Decisiv. As VP Partners, Gibson is responsible for leading Decisiv's ecosystem expansion by initiating and managing all aspects of strategic relationships with resellers, systems integrators, and technology and network partners.
Gibson is a proven global sales and business development professional with experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, and business process operations across a variety of industries, as well as in analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), AI, and machine learning technologies. Prior to joining Decisiv, he was the Vice President Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem at CCC Information Services, a provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions for the automotive, insurance, and collision repair industries.
"The pioneering Decisiv SRM platform has tremendous market opportunity," Gibson said. "I am thrilled to be joining the team, and I am excited to help grow the SRM ecosystem and help accelerate Decisiv's market position as the preeminent provider of Service Relationship Management technology."
