About Reginald Van Lee
Reginald (Reggie) Van Lee is the retired Head of Commercial Business & Executive Vice President of the global management and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. In this capacity, Reggie focused on cyber security, deep analytics and regulatory compliance. He is the co-author of the book, "Mega communities – How Leaders of Government, Business and Non-Profits Can Tackle Today's Global Challenges Together."
Amongst many notable accolades, Reggie received the 2008 Black Engineer of the Year Award, Consulting Magazine named Reggie as one of the top 25 consultants in the world in 2008, and he was identified as one of the 2009 Washington Minority Business Leaders by the Washington Business Journal. Reggie holds a Bachelors and Masters in Civil Engineering from MIT and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Michael (Mike) Dreyer is the Chief Operations Officer of Silicon Valley Bank and is responsible for bank and non-bank operations worldwide. Dreyer oversees SVB's core operations, enterprise project management, client service and information technology teams.
Before joining SVB, Mike was President and COO of Monitise, where he was responsible for the design, build, and operations of its technology globally, and he ran the company's Americas business.
Previously, Dreyer was the CIO of Visa Inc., responsible for the company's systems and technology platforms. Prior to his role at Visa, Mike was CIO of Inovant, where he oversaw the development and management of Visa's global systems technology. Additionally, Mike held senior positions at American Express, Prime Financial, Inc., Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Downey Savings, Bank of America, and the Fairmont Hotel Management Company.
Dreyer holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington State University.
