Florida's Delaire Country Club is pleased to announce the introduction of its new Non-Resident Equity membership program along with its popular Non-Resident Non-Equity offering. Located in Delray Beach Florida, Delaire is a private golf community.
Both Non-Resident programs give members the ability to play golf without tee times, tennis on 8 Har-Tru clay courts, the most advanced fitness equipment and popular classes, the finest dining with no minimum, and luxurious amenities.
Rare among equity offerings, Delaire's Non-Resident Equity membership option has no initiation fee. Members in this category enjoy Delaire's signature 1 Up, 2 Down privilege, which allows a member's parent, child and grandchild to golf without greens fees, play tennis, use the fitness facilities, and have access to all other amenities. Non-Resident Equity members also have full voting, committee and Board of Governors privileges.
While the Non-Resident Non-Equity membership program does not include the 1 Up, 2 Down privilege, children of members under the age of 18 can play for free after 1:00 pm. There is no initiation fee and no bond for this offering, and members in this category have no voting, committee or Board of Governors privileges.
