Each patient referral can count towards the contest. Patients who refer four or more new patients will qualify for the grand prize, which includes a special weekend for two in Las Vegas during the month of July. Other prizes are also available. Patients who refer three of their friends and family members will qualify for the second prize, which is a new Kindle Fire. Patients who refer two friends or family members will qualify for third prize: a $250 gift card. The winners will be notified July 2, 2014. Some restrictions may apply.

About Dr. Shahdad Arami, Cosmetic Dentist Northridge
Dr. Shahdad Arami is a premier Northridge Invisalign dentist. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Dentistry in 1993. While completing his general practice residency, which was also at UCLA, Dr. Arami focused on treating medically compromised and phobic patients. He continued his advanced education in aesthetic and implant dentistry, and today, Dr. Arami is a member of the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Northridge dentist Dr. Farshid Ariz graduated from the Boston University School of Dentistry in 1989 and earned his Certification in Advanced Graduate Studies in Periodontics in 1991. He has completed advanced courses in aesthetic implant surgery, aesthetic periodontal therapy and full mouth reconstruction. Today, Dr. Ariz is an assistant professor in Advanced Periodontics for the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology.
