Design Miami/ Will Kick Off its Tenth Year As The Leading Global High-End Design Fair This December
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) October 22, 2014 -- As October comes to a close, those who work in the design industry are gearing up for the exciting Design Miami/ event. Beginning December 2nd and going through December 7th in vibrant Miami, Design Miami/ is known for bringing together a wide variety of influential gallerists, designers, collectors, curators, and international critics. Design Miami/ is known around the world as being the ultimate forum for design on a global level. While the first day of the event is invitation only, the remainder of the week is open to the public, in order to allow all lovers of design a chance to appreciate fine modern and contemporary design.
Design Miami/ is a high-end design fair that features museum-quality exhibits and showcases the best of the best in twentieth and twenty-first century furniture, objets d’art, and lighting fixtures. The focus of the continuously expanding and evolving program is to fuel the market for high-end design and collectibles, as well as create a space of collaboration between design institutions and designers. There will also be panels and lectures from some of the leading visionaries in the design world, including architecture, fashion, and art.
