SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- San Francisco-based accounting and consulting firm Novogradac & Company LLP announced that Diana Letsinger has been elected to serve on the firm's executive committee. Novogradac specializes in affordable housing, community development, historic preservation, renewable energy and opportunity zones. Novogradac's executive committee provides strategic direction and management of the firm. Ms. Letsinger is a partner in the firm's Long Beach, Calif., office.

Ms. Letsinger specializes in community development and affordable housing, including the new markets tax credit (NMTC), low-income housing tax credit and historic rehabilitation tax credit. She provides audit, tax and consulting services to nonprofit organizations, including Community Development Financial Institutions and has considerable experience with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs. Ms. Letsinger also works in the emerging opportunity zones area. In addition, Ms. Letsinger advises investors, syndicators and developers on structuring and financing combined tax credit developments. She is a technical editor for the Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit Handbook, a frequent speaker at industry-sponsored conferences and workshops and the technical editor of the NMTC content in the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. Ms. Letsinger graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is licensed in California as a certified public accountant.
Ms. Letsinger joins Michael Novogradac and Rick Hutchins on the executive committee.
