Riverside, Calif. (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- Discussing a range of topics including imprisoned children, abortion and divorce, Diane Gardner’s new book “Overcoming the Enemy’s Storms: Finding Healing Through the Grace of God” (published by WestBow Press) identifies how to overcome what Gardner sees as “the Enemy.”
“No tragedy or trial is beyond God’s grace and our ability to walk through it as an overcomer,” Gardner says. “Simultaneously, God and the Enemy have plans for our lives. The circumstances are not the deciding factor on whose plans get fulfilled – we choose to be a victim or victorious.”
From a lifetime of personal events, Gardner draws her inspiration. Her writings in “Overcoming the Enemy’s Storms” convey the principles and biblical Scripture she feels women can use to overcome the obstacles set forth by evil influences she calls the Enemy.
Although her book is aimed at women in particular, she says her book can also be relevant to men and young people seeking help in conquering personal demons.
“My passion is to challenge women and girls to face trials with courage,” Gardner says. “My book is a roadmap to navigate through the storms of life victoriously. I believe ‘Overcoming the Enemy’s Storms’ will become a handbook of encouragement and breakthrough for many today, and leave a legacy of faith for the next generation.”
